Joanne is the lead consultant at Dolezal Consulting and works with business owners and marketers to help them make marketing work for their business. Her expertise lies in the strategic planning of integrated marketing and communications campaigns, in particular for specialist products and services for niche markets.

Most recently she was Senior Lecturer and Programme Leader for the MSc Public Relations at Manchester Metropolitan University Business School. Wendy is an accredited PR practitioner, has chaired a national committee for the Chartered Institute of Public Relations (CIPR), judged national PR awards and am co-author of ‘PR and Communication in Local Government and Public Services,’ part of the CIPR PR in practice title, published by Kogan Page in July 2013.
