What I do for nesma

I am the Client Relationship Manager, focusing on the service delivery aspect of the business. I ensure tutors and learners have everything they need to deliver nesma’s programmes to ensure 100% internal and external customer satisfaction.  

My background

I have over 20 years of experience in Customer Service, Events, Sales, and Marketing roles across various sectors, including Retail, Medical, and Education. I have been lucky enough to utilise these skills to secure employment across the UK, Ireland, and even, on the odd occasion, Europe.

My skills and experience

To me, the little things are the big things! Attention to detail runs through all my work, and I will consistently go the extra mile to ensure I can always be relied upon.

With my experience in sales and marketing, customer experience and event planning, I will be able to bring all those skills together in this role to support nesma’s clients’ ambitions and contribute to their talent development plans.

Why I love my job!

My favourite part of any job has always been interacting with the customers, ensuring they receive all the information and support they need to feel confident and happy. I will focus on the user experience from start to finish, ensuring everyone has a learning experience they want to share.

As part of my learner journey, I, too, have taken courses later in my career, and I like to think this will help me support nesma students and ease any concerns they may have.

It can feel daunting to take on a new challenge, but seeing how our students excel and grow throughout their time with us and beyond is inspiring!
