Veronica Swindale, Managing Director of nesma (North East Sales and Marketing Academy) and mmd Limited (marketing management & development), has a wide range of skills in sales, marketing and communications, consultancy and training, relationship management, key account management and customer experience.
During a successful career in sales and marketing, she recognised the need for good quality professional education and guidance in strategic marketing and communications, which inspired her to set up nesma ten years ago.
- nesma is the only study centre in the North of England and Scotland to offer CIM and CIPR qualifications to build marketing know-how in Newcastle, Carlisle, Edinburgh, and in-house UK wide.
- mmd provides support and advice so that organisations can be more confident in developing successful marketing strategies to meet the needs of today’s marketplace.
