Clare is a Content Designer at NHSBSA (The NHS Business Services Authority).
She is a brilliant example of someone who keeps up to date with her personal development. She also demonstrates why we continue to be a study centre dedicated to marketing, digital marketing and communications qualifications through the accreditations of CIM and CIPR. She is not the first student to build her skills through both professional bodies.
Clare started her development journey with the CIM Certificate in Professional Marketing (L4) and progressed to the CIM Diploma in Professional Marketing (L6). She then enrolled and graduated with one of the CIPR specialist qualifications, the CIPR Specialist Certificate – Internal Communications. Currently, she is working towards a dual award at Level 6 to achieve the CIM Diploma in Professional Digital Marketing (L6).
Her reasons for choosing the CIPR qualification and Level 6 CIM Digital marketing qualifications came from a desire to formalise her skill set and make it relevant to her current role with formal marketing qualifications.
She confesses, ‘ Despite my university days feeling like a lifetime ago, I adjusted back into study mode more easily than I’d imagined!’
And admits. ‘All the qualifications gained with nesma have given me the knowledge and confidence I was hoping to achieve. I implement my learnings daily and now have the theory to support me. She continues, ‘I’m now more confident with decision-making, and I use the modules and frameworks I mastered during my studies to guide and support my thinking and planning.’

CIPR Specialist Certificate – Internal Communications will introduce you to the fundamental concepts, theories, techniques and skills needed to operate effectively as an internal communicator. The syllabus is taught and assessed at the same level as a Foundation Degree. It will enable you to develop the knowledge and skills to progress your PR career.
The Level 6 CIM qualifications are flexible, with options to complete a Diploma qualification (three modules) or simply an award qualification (one module). And by following the specific pathways, you can be dual or even treble qualified!
