Overview

Engaged employees are more likely to find a sense of belonging in an organisation where they are inspired to fulfil their full potential. High levels of employee engagement are linked with increased operational efficiency, lower wastage and reduced loss from theft and errors. The reality of employees actually ‘living the brand’ is dependent upon a strong commitment from the employee to the organisation that they feel is reciprocated. Engaged employees display team spirit contributing to a sense of purpose and identity in the marketplace by bringing the brand proposition to life.

Course structure

This is a bite-sized 90-minute virtual session to provide guidance on how to grow a flourishing culture of employee engagement that supports the aims of the brand.

It will cover:

  • Do you have a strong strategic narrative about the brand, its purpose, history and vision linking its past to the future?
  • Are there engaging line managers in your ranks who inspire their teams, earn their respect, listen to them and give them opportunities to flourish?
  • Is there opportunity for an employee voice to be heard across the organisation that can challenge and reinforce views placing them at the heart of the enterprise?
  • Does the organization have integrity built on clear values that drive the behaviour of the organisation and sustain performance through culture?
