As regional lead for Yorkshire & Humber, I support businesses in unlocking their team’s potential through our SkillsPartner programme, focusing on CIM and CIPR-accredited training pathways that elevate performance and drive business growth. I focus on building partnerships with businesses and marketing leaders in the Yorkshire & Humber region, attending networking events and conferences, and helping them achieve their company’s learning and development goals. This supports my passion for elevating the marketing profession amongst businesses and learners and aligns well with my current role working as a Brand Marketing Strategist in the tech sector at BlackDice Cyber.
Background
With over 18 years of experience, I’ve worked across various industries and led multidisciplinary marketing, sales, customer experience, and product management teams. I spent the last six years as an independent marketing director, consulting for B2B and B2C companies on their brand, marketing, and content strategies. I work full-time as a Brand Marketing Strategist at BlackDice.ai, a tech scale-up in the cybersecurity industry that’s developing solutions for telecom operators to keep their customers safer online, using artificial intelligence and machine learning. In this role, I apply my marketing and communications expertise to drive awareness and capture demand for BlackDice’s products.
Aligned with my passion for supporting marketers at every career stage with their professional development and lifelong learning, I’m also Vice Chair for the CIM’s Yorkshire Regional Committee, working alongside a great group of other volunteers across events and communications.

With expertise across the full marketing mix, I’m most passionate about brand strategy and product marketing, combining traditional and digital techniques to deliver measurable impact. My experience spans sectors including technology, manufacturing, financial services, and retail, where I’ve driven customer engagement and strategic growth. I’m passionate about helping organisations align their marketing efforts (and people/resources) with their business goals.
