The importance of clear, concise and complete information at the start of any successful press release. You have to grab the journalist’s attention quickly or they will reach for the delete button.
Telling your Story
What is the journalist looking for in a good story? How can you make sure your organisation’s or brand’s messages come across in the story?
Writing good headlines
We will look at the role of the headline and how it is different from a catchline. Does the journalist use your headline? Does it matter?
