Leading and managing through change

Join CIM for another great webinar in the Webinar Express Series on Monday 21 September 2020.

When Walt Disney said “Times and conditions change so rapidly that we must keep our aim constantly focused on the future” one doubts that even a visionary like him could have predicted the world we live and work in today in terms of political, economic, social, technological and environmental changes.

Things seem to be accelerating at an incredible pace with the only constant in many working environments, being change itself, and there is reasonable cause to argue many organisations are change-weary. Managing change, on an individual, team, or organisational level is challenging, and not without conflicting opinions, concerned stakeholders, predictable naysayers as well as the change champions, optimistic embracers and early adopters.

Speaker: Nick Girling, Managing Director of Nick Girling Associates Ltd

Nick spends his time working closely in collaboration with clients to enhance their sales, leadership and management functions. This involves consulting, designing and delivering development programmes for leaders, managers and supervisors at all levels across the globe.

Often working with organisations to support team integration post-spin-off or M&A, Nicks’ leadership background means what you see is what you get. He truly believes in partnership and collaboration. He is a credible and challenging Boardroom Coach focusing on team synergy and trust to enable strategy implementation. Before forming Nick Girling Associates (NGA) in 2012, he was with Krauthammer International Training and Coaching for 10 years, the last four as UK Country Manager. Prior to that, he spent 20 years in commercial and sales leadership roles.

The webinar is kindly hosted by CIM Yorkshire and will last approximately 40 minutes with a Q&A session after the presentation.
