Are you a marketing consultant or do you employ any?
Consultancy is one of the next modules for the NEW CIM Marketing Leadership Programme Level 7 to start in mid-June. In preparation for delivering this module, we would love your thoughts on the subject.
We are trying to establish the pros and cons of working with a marketing consultant from both a client and a provider perspective. Consultancy is just one of four modules taught on the programme and follows the outline below;
Part 1: Building and developing client relationships
Part 2: Scoping the potential service
Part 3: Delivering the client outcome
Your insights into what people expect to deliver as a marketing consultant and what clients expect from their consultant would be really useful i.e. the must haves and have nots, good experiences and bad?

Our current Level 7 cohort completing the Contemporary Challenges module are finding it a very worthwhile programme and really engaging with the tools and knowledge they are gaining to help them analyse their businesses with the view to making strategic decisions.
