Each session will explore a different component to your personal brand aligned to your passion, values, experience, professional network and of course, skills and expertise.

Session 1 – The Authentic Self
10 – 11:30 am

Authenticity is the key factor when promoting your personal brand as never before has the mantra ‘people buy from people’ been so relevant. During this workshop, learn how to evaluate your ‘WHO, WHAT, WHY and HOW’ to create your brand story and value proposition.

Session 2 – Circle of Influence
1 – 2:30 pm

Your Circle of Influence is how you define your network – the people who are and could be – a powerful asset for your personal brand. During this workshop, learn how to identify your influential stakeholders and define your network.

Session 3 – Personal Brand Ecosystem
3:30 – 5:00 pm

Defining and proactively promoting your personal brand gives you the confidence to be yourself. During this workshop, we create your personal brand promotion strategy – identifying which tools and channels are best to target, engage and communicate with your stakeholders.

1. The Authentic Self

Authenticity is the key factor when promoting your personal brand!

We’re living in a very crowded world with a plethora of influencers, commentators and opinion leaders, all proactively promoting their beliefs and gaining their followers (and fans) in return. With the rapid growth of social media and other digital communications, we have become incredibly perceptive to fake, inauthentic and insincere business brands, which promote one thing and yet behave completely different. This also applies to people – celebrities, personalities, politicians and other people in the public eye – our ‘fake-radar’ can sense when someone is not being authentic – and let’s face it, it’s much easier being the true ‘you’ rather than trying to be someone or something else.
