About this role

Reporting to the Head of Sales and Marketing, you will work within a team to manage key marketing channels and create engaging and creative multi-channel campaigns to bring new leads into the business.

You will be involved in sourcing and delivering PR opportunities including articles and events, and you will use your creativity to help grow the Grain brand throughout the UK.

Main Responsibilities

• Creating and posting social media channel content
• Day to day involvement in marketing campaigns in the CRM system
• Creation of website content
• Input into the design and wording of all customer journey emails
• Creation of corporate literature and templates
• Seeking opportunities to promote the business in the local and national media
• Knowledge and understanding of SEO and digital marketing opportunities
• Undertake general marketing administration associated with the successful running of campaigns
• Liaison with journalists and community organisations to arrange PR opportunities
• Creation and distribution of articles and news
• Ensure compliance with GDPR and other customer legislation
• Working with internal departments to promote and enhance their work
• Sourcing of appropriate photography and video content for marketing purposes
• Own and participate in specific projects to enhance the business as it grows
• Develop a community engagement process to help raise the profile of the company locally
