Engtal is an American recruitment company, but their marketing team is based in Newcastle upon Tyne! Since 2017, Engtal has supported tech start-ups by finding their greatest asset – their people.

What you’ll do:

You’ll be working directly with their US-based teams in Chicago, Boston, and Dallas, supporting the biggest and brightest names in technology and life sciences. This means US work trips are a regular thing – you’ll have the opportunity to visit and work in their Chicago and Dallas HQs. You’ll work alongside their team to support the marketing strategy and deliver engaging campaigns that connect their technology, engineering, and life science communities.

Engtal wants to drive engagement, build influence, increase leads, and ultimately their company brand profiles through the power of content. So, a big part of your role will be producing original and exciting copy that will resonate with their audiences.

It’s essential that you demonstrate outstanding writing skills with a good understanding of the entire marketing mix, as you’ll be supporting a wide range of operational projects across campaigns – plenty to get creative on!
