About the Role
Are you an experienced and collaborative internal communications professional with a good understanding of how to engage colleagues during a time of growth and change? Do you know how to create a sense of belonging and shared endeavour across a complex organisational structure?
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the team responsible for telling NIHR’s story to diverse internal audiences and encouraging them to become partners and advocates.
You will be part of a central communications team that works closely with coordinating centre communications teams, achieving change through influencing skills rather than through a traditional hierarchical structure. This is a hands-on role requiring energy, tenacity and emotional intelligence.
Along with excellent communication and organisational skills, you will have previous experience of managing internal communications channels, activities and content. You will also have experience of evaluating communications outcomes and capturing learnings.
