This is a brand new role for Sage Gateshead that has been created to help implement a more in-depth customer-focused CRM (Customer Relationship Management) strategy for Sage Gateshead.

The successful candidate will play an important part in helping to shift the focus of our marketing beyond transactional ticket sales to building customer engagement.

A key objective of the strategy is to reengage, retain and grow live audiences following a challenging two-year period, and to support the ongoing development of hybrid and digital presentation. The CRM Analytics Manager will help us achieve this by implementing the strategy.

CRM will further strengthen existing links between marketing, communications, fundraising and box office colleagues.
