An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Communications and Marketing Executive with a specialism in Internal Communications within Karbon Homes Communications and Marketing Team.

As the Communications and Marketing Executive (Internal Communications), you will play a key role in helping them achieve their mission by supporting the delivery of strategic, planned and engaging internal communications activity that meets the needs of their diverse workforce. You will have a particular focus on change communications, culture, colleague brand advocacy, employer brand, internal channel support (including digital solutions), copywriting, internal events and crisis communications support.
