Celebrating the 75th anniversary of the CIPR, the 75 Fund aims to expand access to PR education and training, particularly for those in underrepresented and economically disadvantaged groups.

As an Accredited Teaching Centre of the CIPR, nesma is an approved provider for this fund, so to find out more information, to see if you are eligible, and to apply, please click here.

Iprovision is committed to fostering inclusivity and supporting people in their professional development within the PR industry. As part of their dedication to creating opportunities for aspiring PR professionals, they are proud to introduce the Iprovision 75 Fund, an initiative aimed at expanding access to relevant qualifications and training.

About the 75 Fund

The Iprovision 75 Fund was created to support people from financially or socially disadvantaged backgrounds. It is designed to help advance or lead to a career in the public relations profession.  The 75 Fund will support members at all levels, including newly joined Student or Associate members.

Iprovision believes the 75 Fund will particularly help early-stage and returning career professionals. It will enable Iprovision to support a more diverse PR community and help address the findings of recent CIPR-sponsored research, “Levelling Up The Public Relations Profession”.

The 75 Fund will help with grants towards the costs of training and professional qualifications in PR.  There is no fixed amount for grants from the fund, and the Trustees will judge each application on its merits. Iprovision 75 Fund grants can cover, for example:

  • Costs associated with short-term training or longer-term education
  • Books and publications
  • Accessing online resources
  • Travel or other expenses, if appropriate

The current closing date for this fund is August 15th.

However, if you don’t think you will meet this deadline, there are further opportunities to make an application. The next windows available for application are as follows:

• 1st October to 15th November 2023

• 1st January to 15th February 2024

You will be notified of a decision within 3 weeks from the closing date of the application window you apply to, i.e. 3 weeks after 15th August etc. The decision will be final, and there will be no appeal process.

Whether you are eligible for funding or not, always talk to us, as we will assist in ensuring that all our qualifications and courses are as accessible to you as possible via payment plans, multi-course discounts and team training.

If you have any questions about the fund or the upcoming CIPR qualifications, please contact Lydia at hello@nesma.co.uk or via phone at 07734222254.
