Government-commissioned ‘McLeod Report’ ‘Engaging for Success’ studied a cross-section of organisations. The work was extended in 2011 with the creation of a Government-backed Employee Engagement Task Force chaired by David MacLeod and Nita Clarke, the report’s authors.
In the McLeod report four enablers were identified for successful employee engagement. The report has led to the Engage for Success movement, which includes a range of free resources, case studies and learning opportunities dedicated to engaging employees successfully in the workplace.
