All courses are 1½ hrs long, delivered online via Teams and in context with our your business practices.

Chatting and Collaborating with Colleagues

Learn how to get the most out of Teams and use chat instead of Email. Learn how to chat with colleagues, create group chats with multiple colleagues, share and edit documents brought into a Chat, bookmark Chat posts to return to them later, save time using search tools, hide chats that aren’t current, format your posts to look like email, avoid being disturbed by activity within Teams and more.

Teams and Channels

Learn how to create Teams and Channels to improve collaboration with colleagues. Learn how to create Private and Public Teams, manage Teams and control what members are allowed to do, understand when to use the General Channel, create additional Channels for projects or topics, create new documents and upload files into Channels, co-edit documents live with Team members, turn on notifications to stay informed of activity within Channels and more.

Schedule and Hold Effective Teams Meetings

Learn how to schedule internal and external meetings in Teams and achieve more during every meeting. Learn how to schedule Teams meetings in Teams and Outlook, use the scheduling assistant to find suitable times in colleagues’ calendars, meet with external contacts, share files during meetings, edit documents with colleagues during meetings, record meetings and transcribe notes, record meetings, share screens and give control of your screen to others, take minutes using OneNote and more.

Beyond the Basics

Learn how you and your colleagues can achieve more with Teams to collaborate and communicate inside and outside of your company. Learn how to use a wide range of useful apps such as Planner and ToDo, bring email conversations into Teams, move Teams conversations over to Outlook and vice versa, master search techniques to find information and files, use keyboard shortcuts to work at speed, gain more understanding of SharePoint, OneDrive and sharing files, chat with contacts outside of your company, add external contacts as guests within a Team and more.
